About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive performance goals for the midnight shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) at the Brimley facility
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of departmental managers responsible for end-to-end operations
- Partner with the Planning function to communicate execution plans and ensure optimal product flow
- Evaluate and implement innovative processes to improve operations, productivity, and service excellence
- Provide daily and ad hoc reporting to meet operational objectives and financial goals
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive Nike employee culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or High School Diploma
- 5-7 years of experience managing teams in a Distribution Centre setting
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Strong team management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in oral and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manhattan warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in French
