Distribution Associate

Responsibilities

• Process orders through various areas using powered material handling equipment
• Manage inbound and outbound items, including shipping and tracking
• Create labels and use Salesforce to complete consumer samples
• Assist with quality inspections and maintain return and quality racks
• Pack items and stack boxes on pallets properly
• Secure and move finished and empty pallets
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all operating policies and wearing required PPE
• Perform daily audits and maintain organized work areas

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 10–12 hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (PkMS)
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to qualify for and maintain a forklift license
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and reading skills
