Distribution Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for various customers based on pick tickets and special instructions
• Build large freight orders onto pallets while adhering to height restrictions
• Generate and apply shipping labels, carton content labels, and packing lists
• Ship orders following specific methods and customer vendor guides
• Assist with loading outbound trucks, dock operations, and replenishment stocking
• Perform Value Added Services (VAS) such as applying hangers or price tags
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Participate in annual physical inventory counts and maintain productivity standards

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and reach for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in distribution functions
