Distribution Associate-Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Receive, bin, pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a safe and error-free manner
• Operate various warehouse equipment including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Dock Trucks, and Sit-Down Forklifts
• Maintain a productive workflow to ensure parts are shipped promptly to customers
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required safety shoes and eye protection

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 67-100% of the shift
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions
• Availability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed, including potential mandatory Saturdays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating Material Handler Equipment or electric stock chasers/pack mules
• Previous experience using Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Existing rolling stock certification (Reach Truck, Stock Picker, or Dock Truck)
• Strong team-building skills and a focus on reliability and integrity
