Distribution Associate

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks and process shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading
• Move materials using various forklifts, such as reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and dock stockers
• Pull, pack, and band pallets for customer orders
• Pick and ship HAZMAT materials and troubleshoot related issues
• Utilize product knowledge to fulfill orders accurately and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow regulatory agency standards, including FDA, UL, or ISO policies
• Work efficiently to meet operational goals and maintain high productivity

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs of material repetitively
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Proficiency with personal computers, including SAP and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to operate forklift equipment at heights of up to 30 feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF guns
• Extensive order fulfillment experience
• Previous forklift operation experience
