Distribution Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the picking, packing, and labelling of products for shipment
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders before dispatch
• Perform material handling activities, including unloading trucks and containers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
• Adhere strictly to GMP and safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to streamline distribution processes

Requirements

• Current forklift license (essential)
• High school certification or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution sector
• Strong administrative background with technology proficiency
