About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Distribution Supervisor in facilitating daily operator assignments and task movements
  • Assist with training current and new associates on PKMS system usage, Load School, and Skill Block Training
  • Manage overtime requirements, vacation approvals, and workforce exceptions
  • Monitor and audit daily processes to improve load accuracy, quality, safety, and pick performance
  • Act as a PKMS Super User for the distribution department
  • Support OPEX and Team Smart initiatives to sustain ongoing continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with the Distribution Team manager to identify and resolve operational issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be forklift certified or able to become forklift certified
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work Shift C (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM)
  • Must maintain a strong attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous team leader or backup sponsor experience
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or other distribution environments
  • Some college education
