Distribution Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the liquidation of distribution units for modern and traditional channels, ensuring correct reconciliation of documents and records.
• Organize and administer liquidation documentation, including receipts, invoices, and change documents.
• Monitor and analyze daily operational indicators by updating databases and generating Power BI reports to evaluate key metrics such as rejections, FR, and deferred trips.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and propose short and medium-term action plans.
• Maintain updated operational reports using Microsoft Office and Power BI to optimize logistics performance.
• Analyze post-route times for logistics operators to improve distribution efficiency.
• Manage pre-sale invoicing for daily programming and delivery, ensuring proper document organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Basis, and Power BI.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics or distribution.
• Availability to work shifts (2pm-10pm and/or 10pm-6am).
• Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador, Lima.
