Distinguished sUAS Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape project direction and define technical and programmatic roadmaps for sUAS integration
• Lead the integration of Electronic Warfare (EW) and other mission payloads onto sUAS platforms
• Identify, evaluate, and manage contributors, including internal engineering teams and external vendors
• Drive the execution of internal and external integration and test activities
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance across multiple evolving program efforts
• Interface effectively with government sponsors and industry senior leaders

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a technical field related to sUAS technology
• 13 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with sUAS systems, mission payloads, avionics, or aerospace/defense integration
• Familiarity with EW concepts such as spoofing, jamming, and non-traditional EW
• Active Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-payload integration environments or EW payloads
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing complex integration and test activities
• Experience managing subcontractors, external vendors, and third-party service providers
• Hands-on hardware and software integration and test experience
• Experience with government program execution and incremental funding models
• Prior experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Program Manager (PM) in research or engineering
• Active Top Secret security clearance
