Dissemination Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
• Manage the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites
• Verify appropriate clearances and accesses of users
• Log potential inadvertent security incidents and maintain site SOPs
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of intelligence product metadata
• Use government-specified tools including DDT, CORE, and DIA PCN DB
• Lead a team and manage work tasks of subordinates
• Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
• Draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and complex reports

Requirements

• 4 years of experience leading a team in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Experience with complex security classification decisions, foreign disclosure, or cross-domain operations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations
• Ability to draft SOPs and produce reports with text and graphics
• Understanding of metadata
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience
• High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
