Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms
- Lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence
- Analyze trends and monitor dispute escalations to implement corrective action plans
- Implement efficient workflows and optimize SOPs to reduce financial loss
- Proactively identify recurring patterns in disputes and chargebacks
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, or payment operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial data and metrics
- Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards
- Proven ability to lead and manage an operations team
- Experience building or optimizing SOPs and operational workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume dispute environments
