About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into client complaints regarding trade execution, account funding, corporate actions, and reporting matters.
  • Prepare clear, professional written responses that comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Document findings with supporting evidence and maintain detailed case records.
  • Meet strict regulatory deadlines for complaint acknowledgment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Translate complex technical and market concepts into client-friendly language.
  • Identify trends in client complaints to recommend preventative measures and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
  • Proven experience in client complaint handling, dispute resolution, or brokerage operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Programming skills for data analysis and process automation.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for enhanced research and productivity.
  • Experience using Bloomberg Terminal or similar market data platforms.
