Dispute Owner

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of disputes raised by collectors and monitor them through to resolution
• Analyse root causes of customer issues using system data and process knowledge
• Support collectors in identifying the correct course of action for complex disputes
• Track resolution progress and maintain accurate records of dispute types and timelines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve upstream processes and reduce recurring disputes
• Build and maintain relationships with Operations and Regional General Managers to drive dispute closures

Requirements

• Strong experience in credit control, dispute management, or general accounting roles
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the dispute resolution process
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Previous experience using SAP, High Radius, or a similar ERP system is highly valued
