Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles and driving personnel in daily rail operations
• Make operational decisions during disruptions, delays, and special situations
• Document incidents and communicate with management and operational levels
• Provide active passenger information during service deviations
• Ensure quality and safety throughout the operational process
• Mentor and support new colleagues during their onboarding phase
• Work in a regulated shift system (24/7) within a team environment

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Experience in dispatching, ideally in long-distance transport, rail operations, or traffic control
• Strong decision-making skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, and PC systems
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• English language skills are a plus
