Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders for aggregates at KSV Kies & Splitt GmbH
• Handle vehicle dispatching using the internal KD-Truck system
• Maintain active contact with customers and freight forwarders to ensure optimal order processing
• Monitor vehicle dispatching and ensure demand-oriented customer deliveries
• Act as a communicative point of contact for internal employees and external partners

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Speditionskaufmann or Industriekaufmann)
• Previous experience in dispatching or freight forwarding is highly desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge of the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
