Disponent FTL/LTL (m/w/d) Internationale/Nationale Landverkehre

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatch of an internal fleet of approximately 170 vehicles as well as external carrier fleets for national and international transport
• Execute active freight management, including negotiation and purchasing
• Ensure optimal vehicle utilization through route optimization and reduction of empty kilometers
• Develop, expand, and optimize national and international LTL and FTL transport services
• Maintain regular communication with customers and carriers
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, including daily closings and carrier billing
• Monitor and enforce legal driving and rest times as well as dangerous goods regulations

Requirements

• Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the dispatching and handling of truck transport
• Strong knowledge of transport law (ADSp, HGB, CMR) and basic knowledge of customs/customs clearance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High level of customer orientation, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner within a team
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
