Display Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize activities related to display and furniture projects
• Prepare detailed quotes breaking down costs, materials, and production times
• Coordinate and manage internal and external resources for project execution
• Perform product analysis and breakdown using design tools and blueprints (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.)
• Supervise compliance with timelines and quality in all deliverables
• Negotiate with suppliers and external manufacturing managers to ensure favorable conditions and quality standards
• Evaluate and develop specialized suppliers for various materials (metal, acrylics, wood, civil works, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in raw material and service quoting within the furniture, display, stand, and scenography industry
• Advanced knowledge in interpreting and developing blueprints using AutoCAD, Maxcut, Solidworks, or similar
• Extensive knowledge in material analysis and optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in teams, and demonstrate leadership
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
