Display Solutions Hardware Platform Enablement Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end software architecture and technical direction for display-related solutions bridging hardware and software ecosystems
• Lead multiple project teams of software application engineers, including internal and outsourced development partners
• Take responsibility for all stages of design and development, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, integration, and delivery
• Drive innovation and the integration of new technologies into software applications design organization
• Coordinate across engineering, program management, product management, and marketing groups to ensure successful feature launches
• Manage integration of software from multiple teams and oversee change management to optimize product value
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members using a servant leadership style

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development and technical leadership
• Proven experience in hardware enabling software development
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C# and C++
• Expertise in Agile techniques, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
• Experience with technical functional modeling, diagramming, and capturing functional specifications
• Strong ability to work effectively within both Agile and Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I)
• Experience using MS Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Jira
• Expertise in software usability across Windows and MacOS platforms
• Solid understanding of Enterprise IT manageability
