About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and confirm identity using two-identifier protocol
- Dispense medication per clinical protocol and manage inventory
- Conduct physical exams and medical evaluations as needed
- Collect and process specimens
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within 24 hours
- Participate in intake, readmission, and transfer reviews
- Coordinate with outside agencies on referrals and dosage verification
- Provide crisis intervention and support the Charge Nurse in daily operations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in Maryland
- 1+ year of experience in medication-assisted treatment
- CPR certification (can be obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Ability to complete a PPD screening
