Dispense/Blend Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, clean, monitor, and record the operation of assigned machinery and equipment
• Accurately measure and dispense raw materials according to formulation requirements
• Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients and achieve specified product characteristics
• Collaborate with quality control to perform in-process checks and ensure product conformity
• Adhere to safety, cGMP, GDP, and good housekeeping practices
• Maintain neat, concise, and accurate records of all associated documentation
• Monitor and adjust blending processes to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months experience in food manufacturing or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with basic tools and hardware preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions and cGMP standards
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Ability to use computers for data entry and labor reporting
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as demanded
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs and operate a pallet jack
