Dispensary Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, workstation prep, and register management
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer interactions within the dispensary
• Check in, verify, and create new customer profiles upon entry
• Educate customers on available products based on physician recommendations and specific needs
• Manage customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and interactions
• Assist with occasional local deliveries via electric scooter
• Provide marketing support through flyer distribution and storefront activations

Requirements

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Ability to operate an electric scooter for deliveries
• Ability to perform opening and closing procedures

Benefits

• Starting wage of $20/hr
