Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and prepping workstations
• Create an environment that prioritizes the customer and delivers excellent interactions
• Check in, verify, and create new customer profiles upon entry
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer information
• Educate and assist customers with product suggestions based on their needs
• Create customer orders and accept payment at the point of sale
• Stay up to date on company brands, products, policies, and procedures
• Provide marketing support including distributing flyers and assisting with storefront activations

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer-facing sales experience
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and tablet-based order entry
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or bend for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales
• Dispensary experience or cannabis product knowledge
• Experience in regulated retail environments
• Experience checking IDs and verifying eligibility
