Dispensary Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures including cleaning and prepping workstations
• Create an environment prioritizing excellent customer interactions
• Check in, verify, and create new customer profiles upon entry
• Maintain high levels of customer confidentiality
• Control the pace of customer traffic within the dispensary
• Educate and assist customers with product suggestions based on needs
• Inform customers of current promotions and highlighted products
• Create customer orders and accept payment at POS
• Complete local deliveries via electric scooter
• Provide marketing support including distributing flyers and assisting with storefront activations

Requirements

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
