Dispensary Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Check in, verify, and create new customer profiles upon entry to the dispensary
• Educate customers on available products and provide suggestions based on physician recommendations and specific needs
• Manage customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and workstation prep
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and interactions
• Control the pace of customer traffic within the dispensary
• Stay up to date with company brands, products, policies, and procedures
• Assist with marketing support, such as distributing flyers and participating in brand activation events
• Assist with occasional scheduled deliveries as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience preferred

Benefits

• Starting wage of $16/hr
