Dispatcher/Einsatzleiter IT

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, control, and monitor technical field service operations and IT dispatching.
• Manage the scheduling and route planning for field service technicians, considering qualifications, availability, and economic efficiency.
• Handle incoming customer requests, prioritize service calls, and manage fault reports via telephone.
• Provide remote technical support for IT-related issues.
• Act as the central communication interface between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
• Monitor ongoing service assignments and perform short-term rescheduling during escalations or changes.
• Document and maintain service, customer, and assignment data within IT systems.
• Assist in analyzing service KPIs and optimizing dispatching processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and technical staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• IT training (e.g., IT System Electronics, Computer Science) or strong knowledge of network technology.
• Experience with remote support software (e.g., Splashtop).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the professional management or coordination of employees.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
