Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians
• Review and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers with a positive attitude
• Ensure all ticket information is entered accurately into the computer system
• Create dispatch numbers for parts orders and follow up on order status
• Schedule appointments for part installations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to think on your feet and plan work proactively rather than reactively
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dispatching role
