Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes to ensure efficient passenger pick-ups and drop-offs
• Communicate specific instructions to drivers in the field and respond to email inquiries
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide quick, real-time responses to requests
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns and incidents
• Monitor traffic flow and issue alerts as needed
• Support the Lost and Found process and record incidents for vendor follow-up
• Ensure all tasks comply with administrative policies, safety rules, and government regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Bilingual communication skills
