Responsibilities

• Receive and assess burglary, fire, and robbery reports
• Monitor camera footage and signal deviations
• Coordinate with mobile patrols and other emergency services
• Deploy appropriate follow-up actions for alarm notifications
• Monitor security remotely via camera and vehicle tracking systems
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in stressful situations

Requirements

• Stress-resistant and analytical mindset
• MBO working and thinking level
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and night shifts
• Residence within a 40km radius of Amsterdam
• Strong command of the Dutch language
• Alignment with core values: integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness
