Responsibilities
- Receive and assess burglary, fire, and robbery reports
- Monitor camera footage and signal deviations
- Coordinate with mobile surveillance and other emergency services
- Deploy appropriate follow-up actions for alarm notifications
- Monitor security remotely via camera and vehicle tracking systems
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in stressful situations
Requirements
- MBO working and thinking level
- Stress-resistant and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and shifts
- Living within a 40km radius of Geldrop
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Alignment with core values: integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness
