About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategically schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor and coordinate activities of repair and maintenance teams
- Serve as the communication link between technicians, customers, and management
- Maintain rigorous records of service calls, deployments, and job outcomes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
- Utilize dispatch software to provide real-time updates on service statuses
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a dispatch role, ideally in technical repair or maintenance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in dispatch and operational management software
- Knowledge of technical repair and maintenance protocols
- Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30a to 8:30p (shifts vary during daylight savings)
