Responsibilities

• Schedule customer delivery appointments, production shuttling, and other business moves
• Support driver communication throughout the day to ensure successful route execution
• Audit driver Hours of Service, Dash Cam Events, and Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Use Telematics systems to track driver locations and update fleet information
• Maintain equipment maintenance intervals and perform random tractor/trailer inspections
• Communicate routing progress to leadership and report safety-sensitive incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fleet Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management
• 1-3 years of experience with mapping tools and communication systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Telematics, Outlook, and Reporting
