Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming service requests, calls, and emails from clients and internal teams
• Prioritize and dispatch field technicians, drivers, or other personnel based on urgency, location, and availability
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and meet service level agreements
• Monitor the real-time status of field teams and assets, making adjustments as needed
• Communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, service calls, and completed tasks
• Address and resolve issues or emergencies that arise during dispatches
• Utilize dispatching software and communication tools to track progress and manage workflows
• Prepare reports on dispatch activities, resource utilization, and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistical/coordination role
• Proficiency in using dispatching software, GPS systems, and standard office applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both German and English
