Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Assign and route maintenance and repair calls based on technician location and skillset
• Manage and update schedules in real-time
• Optimize technician routes to reduce travel time and costs
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding services and home warranty policies
• Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan or home services is a plus
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
• Proficiency with computer systems
