Dispatcher Forwarding and Freight Auditing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with transport companies and courier services for shipment tracking and organization
• Prepare and process transport documentation within SAP and resolve system-related issues
• Handle and verify various transport documents including CMR, AWB, CIM, B/L, TIR, and ATA Carnet
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including supplier returns and external warehouse movements
• Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations and Free Zone requirements
• Manage freight auditing by verifying transport invoices, transit times, and routes against contracts
• Maintain and monitor foreign trade and customs data in internal systems

Requirements

• University degree
• Proven experience in transport coordination or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, JCI, T1, EX, etc.)
• Solid understanding of transport regulations, foreign trade processes, and Free Zone operations
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
