Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery scheduling by factoring in truck capacity, distances, and unloading times
• Assign drivers for concrete product deliveries and generate necessary sales reports
• Collaborate with customer service representatives to optimize delivery schedules
• Manage documentation including invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents
• Maintain driver communication and record mix components for each load to streamline deliveries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address service quality issues promptly
• Recommend procedural enhancements to improve overall customer service efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of dispatching experience preferred
• Proficiency in OSHA standards and regulations
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
