Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Dispatching own and third-party vehicles in local and distribution traffic
• Driver and fleet management
• Compliance with transport-relevant regulations
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Monitoring of driving and working hours
• Optimization of customer service performance
• General administrative tasks in the dispatch area

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Experience with energy products (heating oil and diesel) desirable
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer friendliness and negotiation skills
• Sociability and teamwork skills
