About the role
Responsibilities
- Dispatch deliveries across assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules and customer needs
- Manage daily dispatch operations using the company's dispatch system
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve concerns promptly
- Handle customer inquiries and tickets through Dialpad and Zendesk
- Coordinate closely with drivers by providing timely updates and operational support
- Monitor delivery performance to achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90% or higher
- Provide regular feedback to Operations leaders regarding driver performance and staffing needs
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and dependable
- Ability to adapt to new software and changing operational needs
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environment
