About the role

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch deliveries across assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules and customer needs
  • Manage daily dispatch operations using the company's dispatch system
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve concerns promptly
  • Handle customer inquiries and tickets through Dialpad and Zendesk
  • Coordinate closely with drivers by providing timely updates and operational support
  • Monitor delivery performance to achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90% or higher
  • Provide regular feedback to Operations leaders regarding driver performance and staffing needs

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Ability to adapt to new software and changing operational needs
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environment
