Dispatch Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective mining operations by optimising the Load & Haul Cycle
• Maintain fleet time usage data integrity by monitoring and correcting FMS coding in real time
• Maximise Fleet Management algorithms to optimize production
• Use FMS Data to provide feedback to OCE/Supervisors on Operator compliance and proficiency
• Perform Short-Interval Controls to return production to planned rates
• Coordinate and direct people and equipment logistics across all production processes

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications or certification in a mining related discipline
• Current supervisor competencies (S1, 2, 3 and G2)
• Current Queensland Drivers licence
• Previous experience in the optimisation of Fleet Management Systems
• Working knowledge of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act
• Advanced understanding of the Haul Cycle and continuous improvement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Open Cut Examiner’s ticket
• RIIMPO403, RIIMEX405 and RIIERR401 tickets
• Exposure to Modular fleet management systems
