Dispatch Service Expert

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of weekly production programs in collaboration with the Scheduling & Control team
• Analyze daily plan-vs-actual reports and manage any deviations
• Monitor quality deviations and coordinate with operations and quality control departments
• Coordinate material flows (raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products) and align specifications
• Track, document, and evaluate extraordinary events
• Provide data reporting to Group-level stakeholders
• Lead daily operational coordination meetings and conference calls across multiple departments
• Monitor white goods yield and other key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with control systems (MIR/KIR/MEBIR)
• Participate in the coordination of tank maintenance plans

Requirements

• Higher education degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of downstream (refinery) processes
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and collaborative abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Orion, or Sigmafine systems
• Previous experience in production management or energy sectors
