About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the dispatch of finished products, ensuring correct quantities and products are delivered according to the loading schedule.
- Provide telephone customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Handle monetary receipts including cash, checks, and bank card payments, and coordinate with value collectors.
- Reconcile shift entries and exits for cement and multi-products.
- Control documentation such as scanning remittances, managing returns, and handling weighing tickets.
- Prepare daily reports regarding inventory, production, and daily outputs.
- Implement and monitor road safety strategies, including driver logs and risk route files.
- Support technical personnel and oversee operations in the absence of a Supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, various Engineering disciplines, or Accounting.
- Proven experience in dispatching operations.
- Experience in customer service, specifically within the cement or multi-product dispatch process.
- English proficiency level B1 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (beginner to advanced).
