Dispatch Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time
• Monitor facility CCTV for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents
• Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications systems
• Document incidents accurately in electronic reporting platforms
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols
• Provide support during emergencies including fire, medical, and natural disasters
• Operate facility badging software and administer access control policies

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas
• Previous Security Operations Center (SOC) or dispatch experience
• Previous security experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Availability for weekend, holiday, afternoon, and overnight shifts
