Dispatch Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems
• Dispatch response personnel
• Coordinate emergency communications
• Maintain safety and security of people, assets, and operations

Requirements

• Previous dispatch experience required
• Security Operations Center (SOC) experience required
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with report writing
• Strong customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid PPSB NC Security License
• Previous security experience
