About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching regional drivers and partnered brokers in Atlantic Canada
- Coordinate and dispatch cross-border shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, invoicing support, and reporting
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally
- Track vehicle and equipment availability and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes and improve delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulations
- Resolve schedule changes, delays, and route updates
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
- Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work day shifts
