Dishwasher Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a 24-hour stewarding team across multiple kitchens and event spaces
• Oversee kitchen and event setups to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and equipment functionality
• Conduct inventory checks and safety audits
• Manage team scheduling, task delegation, and performance development
• Handle administrative tasks including inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems proactively

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of stewarding leadership experience in a high-volume environment
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with ability to operate a company vehicle up to 3 tons
• WHMIS certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong financial knowledge regarding labor and food cost management
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in loud, hot, and humid kitchen environments
