Dishwasher Site Supplier Quality Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable improvements in supplier quality performance, including reduction of line disruptions and customer quality escapes
• Lead supplier containment, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective action validation for metal, plastic, and electronic components
• Serve as a voting member of the site-level Change Implementation Board to ensure safe and compliant engineering changes
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify quality issues and implement sustainable improvements
• Act as the site ESD Champion to support compliance and risk mitigation for electronic components
• Conduct supplier audits and manage the supplier part failure analysis process within the plant

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering in a high-volume environment
• Proven expertise in problem-solving methodologies such as RCCA, 8D, A3, or CAPA
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and interpretation
• Experience utilizing SPC and MSA methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Effective communication and cross-functional leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QMS tools (Windchill, Agile) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
• Knowledge of Proficy, FIS, or other manufacturing execution systems
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• Experience supporting supplier launch readiness and production qualification activities
