Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwasher and kitchen equipment safely
• Clean and sanitize dishware, work areas, station floors, and counters
• Maintain the flow of all restaurant washables
• Manage chemical usage and testing for cleaning supplies
• Assist with food prep and line needs
• Receive, organize, and put away stock in dried goods areas and walk-in coolers
• Execute dish pick-ups, line sweeps, and trash removal
• Effectively close the dish station according to standards

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed directions and standard restaurant procedures
• Ability to constantly move throughout the kitchen and multitask
• Ability to maintain a highly organized and safe work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with front and back of house staff
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress
