Dishwasher & Porter

Responsibilities

• Put away and rotate produce and food orders to ensure freshness and longevity
• Inspect cooking utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness
• Operate kitchen machinery safely, including knives, ovens, grills, and dish equipment
• Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Open, close, and clean your station thoroughly
• Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
• Remove garbage, bus tables, and retrieve dishes from dining areas
• Assist with food preparation as needed and take on additional tasks to support the team
