Dishwasher (Plongeur)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of dishwashing services to support kitchen and restaurant teams
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through deep cleaning and preventive maintenance programs
• Respond quickly and effectively to requests to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Achieve established goals regarding dishwashing efficiency and hotel objectives
• Comply with all current legislation, including hygiene standards and documentation for internal and external audits
• Foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders in the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements

• Proven experience in dishwashing or stewarding roles
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Basic computer literacy and experience working with digital platforms
