About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
  • Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine
  • Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Remove all garbage
  • Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
  • Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized

Requirements

  • Professionalism and a caring, respectful attitude
  • Ability to handle high heat and moisture
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Previous experience preferred but not necessary
