About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine
- Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Remove all garbage
- Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
- Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Professionalism and a caring, respectful attitude
- Ability to handle high heat and moisture
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Previous experience preferred but not necessary
